Delivery Policy
“PEPOYAN” LLC (hereinafter “the Company”) operating the platform pepoyum.com provides delivery of Goods ordered through the Platform in accordance with the terms set forth in this Delivery Policy.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Delivery Policy forms an integral part of the Company’s Public Offer and applies to all Orders placed through the Platform.
1.2. By placing an Order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Delivery Policy.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend this Delivery Policy at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform.
2. Delivery Zones
2.1. Standard delivery is carried out within the city of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
2.2. Delivery to other regions of the Republic of Armenia is available by prior agreement with the Company by phone: +374 95955559 or by e-mail: sales@pepoyum.com.
2.3. Delivery outside the Republic of Armenia is not available.
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1. The estimated delivery time within Yerevan is 60–90 minutes from the moment the Order is confirmed by the Company.
3.2. Delivery time may vary depending on the distance, road conditions, weather, and the volume of current Orders.
3.3. The Company makes every effort to deliver the Goods within the estimated time but does not guarantee exact delivery times. Delays caused by force majeure circumstances (see clause 7) are not the responsibility of the Company.
3.4. Deliveries are carried out daily from 9:00 to 21:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed and delivered on the next available delivery day.
4. Delivery Charges
4.1. The price of the Goods stated on the Platform does not include delivery charges.
4.2. The delivery charge is calculated based on the delivery address and is displayed to the Client before the Order is confirmed.
4.3. The Client pays for delivery services at the time of payment for the Goods.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to offer free delivery under promotional conditions, which will be communicated to the Client through the Platform.
5. Order Receipt
5.1. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Client is obliged to verify the conformity of the received Goods (assortment, quantity, outer packaging, quality, and condition) in the presence of the Courier.
5.2. If any discrepancy is found, the Client must immediately notify the Courier and contact the Company’s support service at: sales@pepoyum.com or +374 95955559.
5.3. Acceptance of the Goods without any objection is deemed confirmation that the Goods were delivered in proper condition and in the correct quantity.
6. Absence of the Client
6.1. If the Client is absent at the delivery address indicated at the time of placing the Order, the Courier will wait for a maximum of 10 (ten) minutes.
6.2. If the Client fails to receive the Goods within the waiting period, the Order is considered undelivered. In such a case, the Client is obliged to pay for both the current delivery attempt and any subsequent re-delivery to the same or a new address.
6.3. In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the Client, the Client shall bear full responsibility for the resulting costs.
7. Order Cancellation and Changes
7.1. The Client may cancel the Order only before the cooking process has begun and solely with the consent of the Company.
7.2. Changes to an already confirmed Order (type, quantity of Goods) are accepted only with the consent of the Company and before the Courier has collected the Order.
7.3. To cancel or modify an Order, the Client must contact the Company’s support service immediately by phone: +374 95955559 or by e-mail: sales@pepoyum.com.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery of Goods resulting from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, road accidents, actions or restrictions imposed by government authorities, civil unrest, or other events beyond the Company’s control.
8.2. In such cases, the Company will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer an alternative delivery time or a full refund.
