Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, pastries, desserts), returns are not accepted after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped or prepared, cancellation is not allowed.
